Cancellations and Returns
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- We do not accept returns unless the product delivered is damaged or defective. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of damage (e.g., photos).
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification of the returned item. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
